I worked with Carole for several years on 6 East at St Joseph in Wichita and knew her as a very knowledgeable and capable nurse. My best of times were chatting about our beloved Jayhawks. We even entered a raffle one time and won a gift basket filled with Jayhawk memorabilia of which I still have my share. We kept in touch via Facebook and I shall miss her comments on posts of mutual friends from the hospital. My condolences to her family and friends, she talked often about her children who she loved. Cindy, Rachel, Matt, & Erik -
I'll leave a message here since I don't have your personal contacts. We were sorry to hear about Carole. She was a wonderful aunt - always so kind, thoughtful, and generous. I'm glad that I had a nice visit with her a few weeks ago in Lindsborg. I'm sorry that we won't be able to get together right now to comfort you in person - hopefully soon. Hugs and prayers to my cousins and their families. Love you - Becky Johnson McNichols

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Carole. We worked together on 6E at St. Joe when I was new nurse. She was a wonderful nurse and always so kind. She took the time to share her love of nursing with others and was a wonderful teacher and mentor. Prayers for her entire family. She left a mark in all our hearts! I enjoyed seeing her posts on Facebook about her travels and how she was spending her retirement. Her love of family and community was evident. Karen Moore RN
