For many years I rented one of the houses behind David's house. Dave was a great landlord. He made many improvements and took pride in his work.
My husband and I always enjoyed visiting with him and Terri. Dave also took care of my cat (who looked like a twin to Chivas Regal) whenever I was out of town.
He was a thoughtful man and will be missed by many.
