Obituary of Mildred Mae Zielke

Mildred Mae Zielke, 88, of Lindsborg passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Bethany Home, Lindsborg, KS.  Mildred was born October 27, 1929, in Akron, Colorado, to the late Milfred and Violet (Baughman) Doane. 

Mildred graduated high school and worked as a store clerk and a farm wife and mother. She was the widow of William Zielke. 

Survivors include daughters: Linda Klatt of Lindsborg, KS, and Carol E. (Michael) Kerr, of Park City, KS and son: Don Zielke And Susan Bradrick of Enid, OK;  sister: Judy (Curt) Harms, of Fairfield, NE; brother: Ronny Doane of Greeley, CO; grandchildren. Tasha Goldsmith, of Haysville, KS; Justin (Danielle) Klatt, of Cheney, KS, and Dustin Klatt of McPherson, KS, as well as 7 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; William, brother; Marvin Doane; and sisters, Bettie Sampson and Patty Doane.

Cremation has been chosen. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 10 at Bethany Home Chapel, 321 S. Chestnut St., Lindsborg, KS, with Chaplain Phillip Hett officiating.
