Charles Eldon Johnson, 82, of Lindsborg, passed away December 7, 2012. He was born March 31, 1930, the son of Edgar and Marie (Runquist) Johnson in Lindsborg, KS. He married Inez Bengtson on October 24, 1953, at Bethany Lutheran Church in Lindsborg. Inez passed away in 2009. Charles is survived by his daughters: Chris Widrig and husband Lee of Wichita, KS, Charla Kelley and husband Lenn of Olathe, KS, Cathi Boos and husband Steve of Liberty, MO, and eight grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, December 14, from 4-7pm with family present from 6-7pm at Christians Funeral Home, Lindsborg. A Memorial Service will be held at 10 AM Saturday at Bethany Lutheran Church. Memorials may be designated for Bethany Lutheran Church or Bethany Home in care of Christians Funeral Home 103 N. Washington PO Box 386 Lindsborg, KS 67456.
