I loved your Mom and Dad - it was wonderful to meet them and get to know them the summer of 76 (I worked at the Corps of Engineers and lived at the Smith House) I had forgot until someone mentioned the cinnamon rolls, but your Mom taught me to "cut" the cinnamon rolls with a thread. Irene was a sweet lady - cherish your memories.

Oh my goodness! Your mom's cinnamon rolls were the best! I loved it when she made them and you would bring them for us to eat on the bus, on the way to a game. Nobody could make cinnamon rolls like your mom. I loved visiting your house. Your mom and dad were always so welcoming. There were times during the summers I would ride my bike to your house, finding you had gone into town for something. It didn't matter. Your mom would always invite me in, we would have a nice little visit, then I would peddle back to Marquette. Those were the days! God blessed all of us with your mom. With joy, remembering your mom... mary
