Naomi was a second mother to my sister and me. I am eternally grateful for the love and care she poured into us when we were growing up. God truly blessed us through Naomi, and I know many, many others were also blessed through her.

We met Naomi and Gene through their son David and his family. She was a lovely person who deeply loved her family. Always hospitable and very gracious to us and our family. Our prayers and condolences, with love, to her family and friends. She will be missed.

Naomi was one of the first Burdick folks to whom my husband, Clint introduced me. We became fast friends and she mentored me in several ways, The people who enjoy the rye bread I like to bake need to know it was her directions that made it possible. I took lessons. Our three children knew the contents of the toy closet at an early age, She didn't have to tell them Bible stories, she lived the meaning of them. Clint and I both valued her love and friendship. Our family will miss her.

Every summer that I can remember as a kid/teen, we visited Naomi (& Gene, Tom, David) on their farm in Burdick. Loved her home, her laugh. Her making sure her KY family were taken care of. Fond memories
