She had the best laugh. The kind that was contagious, that always made you smile when you heard it. Because I was lucky enough to get to be her granddaughter, my childhood has many memories and joy wrapped up in her. As I got older, anytime I needed to talk I'd call her and she was always there to listen. She enriched my life far more than I believe she even knew. Her sacrifices for our family and the love and care she gave were everything. I am grateful for everything she did for me and especially what she did for our family. I write this as hundreds of memories flood through my mind finding it hard to just choose a few things I loved about her. She was a great grandma. I will take her with me always and share her stories and love with my daughter. I feel blessed she chose to be my grandma...I got very lucky.
