Lloyd LeRoy Norberg, 87, of Lindsborg passed away Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Riverview Estates in Marquette. Lloyd was born October 20, 1932 in Lindsborg to the late LeRoy and the late Miriam (Wheeler) Norberg.
Lloyd married Mary Ann Martin on January 25, 1953 at Elim Lutheran Church. He was a United States Army veteran. Lloyd was a local farmer and truck driver for many years.
He is survived by his daughter: Donna Reiner (Steven) of Newton, KS; sons: Glenn Norberg of Lindsborg, and Mark (Jodie) Norberg of Lindsborg; sister: Mildred Lois Michos (George) of FL; brother: Les Norberg of Soldier, KS; daughters-in-law, DeeAnne Johnson (Troy) of Marquette, and Paula Norberg of Lindsborg; as well as 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Lloyd is preceded in death by his parents, his wife: Mary Ann; son: Larry Norberg; and daughter-in-law: Teri Norberg.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 25 from 5pm-7pm at Crick-Christians Funeral Home, 103 N. Washington, Lindsborg, KS.
The funeral will be held 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 26 at Salemsborg Lutheran Church, 3831 W Salemsborg Rd, Smolan, KS with Pastor Ben Fulton officiating. Burial will follow at Salemsborg Lutheran Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Salemsborg Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials may be sent in care of Crick-Christians Funeral Home, 103 N. Washington, Lindsborg, KS 67456.
