We pray that the God of all comfort comforts you all with His peace, strength and loving presence as you grieve. God encourages us to pour out our hearts to Him, and in Him we find hope also. Sharla, Darrin, and Family: Josh and I were so shocked and sorry to hear about Randy. We both send our deepest condolences. Unfortunately, Josh is living in LA, and I will be away this weekend. So, neither of us will be able to attend the funeral. I wish I could be there to stand up for Randy. Although it's been awhile since our kids played ball together, those were great days and great memories. Randy was such a big part of those years, and we always appreciated his being there. He has left you way too soon, but I hope in the fullness of time you will be able to remember all that you shared together. I know he will live on in those he leaves behind; and if there is a ball game somewhere with the grandkids, Randy will be there.

This breaks our hearts. Scott and I have so enjoyed when Randy has been in the grocery store and we've had the chance to compare stories about recent trips to Branson and get updates on precious time spent with the grandchildren. We will miss seeing him and feel blessed to have been able to know Randy. To his family and close friends who grieve his passing, we want you to know how sad we are for you. We have been and will continue to pray for your hearts to be comforted.
