Obituary of Mitch Rush

Mitchell Allen Rush, 52, of Marquette passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at Salina Regional Health Center.  Mitch was born April 17, 1966 in Lindsborg, KS to the late Bart and Ina May (Mitchell) Rush.  He married his wife Karen on February 2, 2007 at Marquette, KS. 

He is survived by his wife: Karen Rush; sisters: Glenda Julian and Debora Rush, both of Marquette, KS;  step son: Brian (Lori) Halstead of Wichita, KS; step daughter: Kara (Jason) Hiebert of Newton, KS; nieces: Melissa (Del) Wheeler and Gwen (Jeff) Klepper; nephew: Kevin Baxter; great nieces and nephews: Josie Riggs, Ashton Klepper, Lane Klepper, and Grant Klepper; as well as 2 step grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Don Rush.

Cremation has been chosen.  A visitation and reception will be held from 2pm to 4pm, Sunday, December 30, 2018 at Crick-Christians Funeral Home, 103 N. Washington, Lindsborg, KS.  The family will receive guests during that time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Crick-Christians Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.
