Obituary of Earl William "Willie" Neywick

Earl William “Willie” Neywick, 77, of Falun passed away Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Lindsborg Community Hospital.  Willie was born October 17, 1941 in Salina, KS to the late Vernon and Grace (Griggs) Neywick.  Willie graduated from Lindsborg Rural High School, and married Julie Ann Richardson on July 26, 1966 at Minneapolis, KS. 

Willie was a veteran of the Kansas Army National Guard.  He was a lifelong farmer and also drove a truck for Gerald Trucking.

He is survived by his wife: Julie Ann Neywick, of the home; daughter: Nicole Rush of Lindsborg; son: William (Jennifer) Neywick of Preston, KS; sister: Marilyn Smith of Lindsborg, KS;  and grandchildren, Christopher Foley, Ava Neywick, Wyatt Neywick, and Ashley Foley.

Willie is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Harold Neywick.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 6 from 5-7PM at Crick-Christians Funeral Home, 103 N. Washington, Lindsborg, KS.

A graveside service will be held 10:30 am on Friday, December 7 at Smoky Hill Cemetery, at Coronado Heights, rural Lindsborg, with Pastor Bill Peterson officiating.
