Cheryl J. “CJ” Nickel, 55, of Lindsborg died Sunday, December 4, 2016 at Salina Regional Health Center. Cheryl was born April 10, 1961 in Newton, KS. She is the daughter of Charles “Fuzz” and Mildred (Murray) Marston.
She is survived by her mother Mildred (Murray) Marston, of Lindsborg; two daughters: Calli and Cristin Nickel, both of Lindsborg; three brothers: Craig Martson of Lindsborg, Murray (Mary) Marston of Ellsworth, KS, and Galen Marston of Lindsborg; She also has two grandsons, Seth and Carson Nickel, both of Lindsborg.
She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Marston, and half-brother, Chuck Marston.
Cremation has been chosen and there will not be visitation. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 9, at 1:00 p.m. at the Trinity United Methodist Church, Lindsborg, with Pastor Patrick Broz officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to Cheryl’s family to defray expenses or to Circles of McPherson County. Memorial contributions may be sent to Christians Funeral Home.
