Curtis and I met a few years ago at Outlaws in Salina. He was a soft-spoken gentleman who spoke often of his wife who had preceded him in death. The family can take comfort in knowing that they are together again.
May memories bring you smiles and joy in the days and years ahead.

It is with deep regret and sadness I write this note. I have known Curtis since the fall 0f 1966 and we were freshmen at LHS. He was always outgoing, funny and had an opinion on everything. I remember the good times we hung out together at the gas station which is now the Brick House restaurant. He loved his 1966 White Ford Mustang and always was working on it in one of the bay lifts. The most memorable event with Curtis was when we skipped LHS classes in the spring of 1969 and went in his Mustang to Abilene to see Dwight Eishenhower's funeral procession! I moved away from Lindsborg in December 1975, but when I came back to visit I would almost always run into Curtis at the Ole Stuga and we "shot the bull" and tipped a few beers!
I will miss you my dear friend! I miss your brother Chuck as well,as he was the Best Man at my wedding! Rest in Peace buddy and hopefully you are reunited with the love of your life, Ann, in Heaven!
