Dear Family and Friends of Roy,
I have the sweetest story for all of you. Because our last names started with "J", we shared the same spot next door to each other all throughout high school. Roy had a crush on me and on one Valentine's day in our sophomore year, I opened my locker door to find SIX bottles of perfume! I have never forgotten this gift. What a gentle, generous spirit!.
We shared many locker mornings and afternoons. I can't think of the name of the hair oil he used then, but I think I can still smell it! We liked that our middle names were the same and spelled the same (Lee).
I am so sorry for your loss but he is with our Eternal Father, according to my beliefs.
Roy was a friend to me and always steady.
He was a special person. There were times in highschool when he may have been rejected. But he remained steadfast. I know he had a lot of character.
So if you smell perfume in the air, it will be Roy!
