Erma Lorene Moore, 83, of Hutchinson, formerly of Great Bend, passed away December 16, 2010.
Erma was born December 18, 1926, the daughter of Herman and Clare (Henning) Warnken , in Great Bend, Kansas.
Erma was a lifetime resident of Great Bend before moving to Hutchinson. In Great Bend, she was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She worked as a secretary for Beneficial Finance for 15 years as well as at Montgomery Ward for 24 year.
On June 10, 1946, she married Everett Moore at Great Bend, Kansas. He passed away on February 8, 1995.
She is survived by two nephews, Kenny Warnken of Great Bend and Gordon Warnken of Hutchinson, a niece, Verla Gorham of Valley Center, KS.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Great Bend. Burial will be held at Great Bend City Cemetery.
Memorials may be designated for Trinity Lutheran Church in care of Christians Funeral Home 103 N Washington Street P. O. Box 386 Lindsborg, KS.
There will be no visitation.
