Rutherford Family, Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. I won't be at the graveside service tomorrow in Ft Dodge as I'll be out of state, however there will be KHP troopers present to honor Burl and your family. Rest in peace Burl. Sincerely Rita Shumate
