Helen Carmichael, 102, of Lindsborg, passed away January 30, 2015.
She was born March 3, 1912, the daughter of Rodney and Etta (Lewin) Jenkins in Lindsborg, KS. On August 21, 1935 she married Ralph Carmichael. He passed away on May 27, 1996. She was also preceded in death by her parents.
Helen leaves behind many loved ones, including two daughters, Suzanne Thole of Marion and Mary Carmichael of Paola, a sister in-law, Eloise Pinkham of Olathe, 3 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 3, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Christians Funeral Home, Lindsborg.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 am Wednesday, February 4, at the Bethany Home Chapel in Lindsborg. Burial will be held at Elmwood Cemetery.
Memorials may be designated for Trinity United Methodist Church or Bethany Home in care of Christians Funeral Home 103 N. Washington, PO Box 386, Lindsborg, KS 67456.
