Albert Earl "Chris" Christians, 84, Lindsborg, passed away November 7, 2014. He was born December 31, 1929 at Beaver, KS. Preceding him in death were his parents and five siblings. He is survived by his his wife Carla; sons, Dan (Dianne) Christians and Roy (Joi) Christians; five grandchildren: Cody and wife Kodi, Brittany, Connor, David and Laura; stepchildren: Davis (Donna) Laughlin , Daric (Karen) Laughlin, and Darla (Mark) Brin; step-grandchildren: Amber, Tara, Kyle, Morgan, Ross, Drake, Blaque, and Baylee and five great-step-grandchildren, and brothers; John Christians and Clarence (Keta) Christians. Chris is a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church in Lindsborg where he enjoyed ushering. He worked for Halliburton for many years where he had many friends. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in the Korean War and enjoyed telling his many stories. Chris will be missed by numerous friends and neighbors. Visitation 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 12, at Christians Funeral Home, Lindsborg. Funeral service 11 a.m. Thursday, Evangelical Covenant Church, Lindsborg.
