LaVona Mae Engdahl, 82, of Marquette, passed away January 1, 2014.
She was born October 16, 1931, in Wichita, KS.
On August 9, 1952, she was united in marriage to Stanley Engdahl in Fort Bliss, TX. Stanley passed away November 12, 2007.
LaVona had been the curator of the Kansas Motorcycle Museum in Marquette since its opening in 2003.
She was preceded in death by her husband, and three brothers; Nace, Kristen, and John Smith.
LaVona leaves behind many loved ones including her sister-in-law Sarah Jane Smith of Marquette, and many friends.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 8, at Marquette United Methodist Church, with burial following at the Marquette Lutheran Cemetery.
Memorials may be designated for the Kansas Motorcycle Museum in care of Christians Funeral Home 103 N. Washington, PO Box 386, Lindsborg, KS 67456.
