Ernest "Junie" Morris Johnson, 87, of Marquette, passed away November 26, 2013.
He was born June 19, 1926, the son of Ernest M. Johnson Sr. and Ione (Seleen) Johnson in Marquette, KS.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise (Ochs) Johnson, and a brother, Charles D. Johnson.
Junie leaves behind many loved ones including his sons: Dixon Johnson of Marquette, Scott Johnson and wife Linda of Marquette, daughter, Dr. Lisa Johnson of Mountain View, MO, brother, J. Richard Johnson and wife Joan of McPherson, and grandchildren, Chris and Sarah Johnson.
Visitation will be Sunday, December 1, from 5-7 pm at Elim Lutheran Church, Marquette.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am Monday, December 2, at Elim Lutheran Church, Marquette, with burial following at Marquette Lutheran Cemetery.
Memorials may be designated for Elim Lutheran Church or Riverview Estates in care of Christians Funeral Home 103 N. Washington, PO Box 386, Lindsborg, KS 67456.
