Lillian M. Gionfriddo Gibbs was born July 31, 1926 to Carmello and Sebastiana Gionfriddo in Newport, Rhode Island. She passed away August 6, 2013 in Lindsborg, Kansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and four sisters, three sons: Richard Clayton Gibbs, John Anthony Gibbs, and Joesph Paul Gibbs.
She is survived by her children: Guy W Gibbs, Newport, Rhode Island, Patricia S Gibbs, Wichita, Kansas, Charles T Gibbs, Lindsborg, Kansas, and Robin Camelli, Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
She is also survived by six grandchildren: Derek Gibbs, Regan Gibbs, Kasie Gibbs Gant, Tyler Gibbs, Barbara Gibbs, Alicia Wolny, and four great-grandchildren.
A Memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 9, at Bethany Home Chapel, Lindsborg. Private family burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
Memorials may be designated for Bethany Home or Lindsborg EMS in care of Christians Funeral Home 103 N. Washington PO Box 386 Lindsborg, KS 67456.
