Margaret Irene Carlson, 91, of Lindsborg, passed away May 4, 2013.
She was born December 21, 1921, the daughter of Ammon and Edith (Harris) Logeman in Independence, MO.
On June 18, 1945, Margaret was united in marriage to Homer Carlson in Independence, MO. Homer passed away January 8, 2004.
She was preceded in death by her husband, and brother, Bud Logeman.
Margaret leaves behind many loved ones including daughters: Irene Vance and husband Bill of Liberty, MO, Marlyse Keenan of Kansas City, MO, sons: Donald Carlson and wife Kristen of Lindsborg, Brian Carlson and wife Crista of Lindsborg, 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 8, from 4-7 pm at Christians Funeral Home, Lindsborg.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 pm Thursday, May 9, at the Evangelical Covenant Church, Lindsborg, with burial following at Smoky Hill Cemetery, Lindsborg.
Memorials may be designated for the Evangelical Covenant Church or Kay Pogue Hospice Center in care of Christians Funeral Home 103 N. Washington, PO Box 386, Lindsborg, KS 67456.
