Audrey G. Anderson, 89 of Lindsborg died Feb 24, 2013 at Bethany Home. She was born October 10, 1923 at Westcliff-on-Sea, England. She was the only child of Frank Leonard and Amy Mae Houghton. She married Junior E Anderson Sept 28, 1944 in Apsley England. She arrived in the United States in 1947. She was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church of Lindsborg. Audrey was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She farmed and raised cattle alongside her husband. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Junior E and daughter Judy Marston. Survivors include daughters Jennie (David) Eagles of Roxbury, June (Marty) Schnittker of Manhattan, Jill (Don) Nolde of Hutchinson, Julie (Mike) Christie of Stafford and son-in-law Clinton Marston of Hesston. Grandchildren Amanda (Rob) Dueck Allen TX., Sarah (Maranata) Tolessa, Marion KS, Jacob Marston Lenexa, KS, Samuel Marston, Garland, TX, Bruce (Lisa) Eagles Manhattan, Elke Schnittker, Brooklyn NY, Shannon Schnittker, Manhattan, Mariah (Travis) Sawyer, McPherson, Bradley Christie, West Palm FL, Ryan Christie St John, Tara and Teresa Christie, Stafford. Great-grandchildren: Abe, Hattie and Lucia Dueck, Hap and Anderson Waddell, and Thomas and Hudson Eagles. There will be no visitation, her body was donated to Kansas University School of Medicine. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Monday March 11, 2013 at Bethany Home Chapel. Memorials may be made to Bethany Lutheran Church in care of Christians Funeral Home, PO Box 386, Lindsborg KS 67456.
