Daniel George Carlson, 55, of Lindsborg, passed away December 22, 2012.
He was born August 12, 1957, the son of Terence E. and Margaret (Richards) Carlson in Lindsborg.
He was a farmer, and a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church.
Daniel married Jane Bernstrom on November 24, 1979 in Turlock, CA.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret, and sister, Mary Martin.
Daniel is survived by his wife, Jane of Lindsborg, father, Terence of Lindsborg, sons: Kenneth Carlson (Jessica) of Olathe, Stefan Carlson of Olathe, daughters: Sara Carlson of Olathe, Kimberly Reinert (Skyler) of Lindsborg, sisters: Marsha Wilson (Jim) of Lenexa, Rachel Carlson (Aaron) of Loveland, CO, Miriam Crockett (Pat) of Lindsborg, Rita Shultz (Craig) of Wichita, brother-in-law, John Martin (Jolene), and granddaughter Emery Carlson.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 PM Friday at the Evangelical Covenant Church, Lindsborg. Private family burial will be at Smoky Hill Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
Memorials may be designated for the Evangelical Covenant Church or Smoky Hill Cemetery in care of Christians Funeral Home 103 N. Washington PO Box 386 Lindsborg, KS 67456.
