Robert Lee Lundstrom, 86, of Lindsborg, passed away September 18, 2012.
He was born May 23, 1926, the son of Leonard E. and Anna (Palmquist) Lundstrom in Lindsborg, KS.
He was a farmer, and a member of Freemount Lutheran Church and Bethany Lutheran Church.
Robert married Maridene Newell-Hanson on June 16, 1962 in Lindsborg, KS.
He was preceded in death by his brothers: Laurence E. and Leland M. Lundstrom, and sisters: Arlene E. Lundstrom and Gladys Peterson.
Robert is survived by his wife, Maridene, of the home, sons: Stephen A. Hanson (Carol) of Colorado Springs, CO, David J. Hanson (Lori) of Shawnee, KS, Paul N. Hanson (Robin) of Albuquerque, NM, 5 grandchildren: Sarah Werner, Brent, Clara, Addie, Destiny Hanson, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday from 4-7pm with family present from 6-7pm at Christians Funeral Home, Lindsborg.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM Saturday at Bethany Lutheran Church, with burial following at Freemount Lutheran Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be designated for Bethany Lutheran Church, Bethany College, or Lindsborg Community Hospital in care of Christians Funeral Home 103 N. Washington PO Box 386 Lindsborg, KS 67456.
