Leota Grooms, 98, of Marquette, passed away August 31, 2012.
She was born December 4, 1913, the daughter of Mahlon and Emily (Gomer) Grooms in Marquette, KS.
Leota is survived by her nephew, Ken (Freda) Talbott, grand-nephews; Rich Talbott, Ron Talbott, Darryl (Diane) Talbott, niece, Darla (Larry) Nochowicz, and many great-grand nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2 PM Tuesday at Excelsior Cemetery.
Memorials may be designated for Riverview Estates in care of Christians Funeral Home 103 N. Washington PO Box 386 Lindsborg, KS 67456.
