Adrian Jason Conley, infant son of Robert and Tara (Barnett) Conley, passed away May 31, 2011.
Adrian is survived by his parents of Manhattan, sister, Lily Conley of the home, grandparents; Vic and Linda Conley of Assaria, Art and Melanie Barnett of Lindsborg, great-grandparents; Judy Host of Dodge City, and Beverly Bruhl of Salina.
A private family graveside will be held at Elmwood Cemetery, Lindsborg.
Memorials may be designated for Wounded Warriors Transition in care of Christians Funeral Home 103 N. Washington PO Box 386 Lindsborg, KS 67456.
