David Charles Schwantes, 74, of Lindsborg died Thursday, February 8, 2024 at home in Lindsborg. David was born July 15, 1949 in Missouri to the late Charles Schwantes and the late Esthred (Johnson) Barfield
David was a high school graduate and worked for many years at Great Plains Manufacturing.
He is survived by sons: Trent Schwantes of Lindsborg, KS, Casey Schwantes of Edwardsville, KS; daughter: Nikki Miles of Saina, KS; grandson: Breckin Eugene Jhamahl Schwantes; and his brother: Jim Schwantes.
David is preceded in death by his parents and son: Jhamahl Miles.
Cremation has been chosen and services are not planned at this time.
