Elizabeth Joy “Beth” Johnson, 69, of Salina passed away Monday, August 21, 2023 at Windsor Estates in Salina. Beth was born November 11, 1953 in Hays, KS to the late Sylvester and the late Derothea (King) Legleiter. She married Thomas E. Johnson on August 25, 1971 in Marquette, KS.
Beth was a high school graduate and attended professional and trade schools. She worked for many years as a certified medication aid (CMA).
She is survived by her son: Troy Johnson (Dawn) of Moundridge, KS; daughter: Cherisa Tucker (Toby) of McPherson, KS; as well as grandsons: Tyson Tucker and Trevor Johnson.
Beth is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Tom.
Cremation has been selected. A visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, August 27, 2023 at Crick-Christians Funeral Home, 103 N. Washington, Lindsborg, KS 67456.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mid America Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society. Memorials may be sent in care of the funeral home.
