Cynthia Lee Crable, 60, of Wichita passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at her home in Wichita. Cynthia was born June 17, 1961 in Bellflower, Los Angeles, California. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Barbara (Dees) Ely. Cynthia was a spiritual person and a Christian. She loved to cook and above all, she loved her family and the time they spent together. She is survived by her son: Anthony Montalbano of Brooklyn, NY; son: Nicholas Ely-Schropp of Lindsborg, KS; daughter: Shandi Schropp-Olson (Eli) of Lindsborg, KS; son: Ian Schropp of Lindsborg, KS,; former husband and dear friend: Rory D. Schropp; sisters: Jo Anne Hill (Mark), and Trena Normandin (Mark); brother: Charles Ely, Jr. (Vivian); half-sister, Jeanne Wells-Hall; grandchildren: Kelly Ely (Jeremy Kinney), Dakota, Tirzah, and Wade Ely and Braylon, Amaya, and Jaxton Olson; great grandchildren: Gavin Hunter Kinney and Colton Thomas Kinney; as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and extended family members. Cynthia was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Charles and Barbara Ely, and her husband: Tony Crable. Visitation and a celebration of Cynthia’s life will be Wednesday, February 9 from 5-7PM at Christians Funeral Home, 103 N. Washington, Lindsborg, KS. Cremation will follow. Memorial contributions may be made to Wesley Medical Center. Memorials may be sent in care of Crick-Christians Funeral Home, 103 N. Washington, Lindsborg, KS 67456.
